FAQ

What is your customer service policy?

We want to help you find the music you want, we are glad to special order items. We guarantee that all of our albums will play as graded. We guarantee your satisfaction with immediate credit to your account.

Where are you located?

We are located at 120 E. Washington St. in Goshen, IN (Google Maps). We are right next to The Electric Brew. 

Where can I park?

There is street parking available in front of Ignition Music Garage and on surrounding streets, as well as several public parking lots within walking distance.

Note: Please adhere to posted time limits and times public parking is permitted. Failure may result in being ticketed/towed.

Do you buy used LP's and CD's?

YES! We love looking through your collections, and our used inventory heavily depends on it.  This does not mean we buy everything that's brought in... We have a great need for classic rock, jazz, and blues.  If you aren't sure what kind of stuff you've got in all those boxes in the basement, bring them in or call the store and ask for Kassidy.  She will help figure out what's worth your while!

Note: Store hours may change. Any Adjusted Hours due to special events such as Concerts, Private Events, Holiday Hours, OR Weather Closings will be posted at our location, as well as on our Facebook and Twitter pages. 

Do you have special holiday hours?

Yes! Holiday hours will be posted at our location, as well on our Facebook page and on our Twitter account. They may also be publicized in local media such as The Goshen News.

Are the items listed on your web store in stock at your retail store?

The Ignition Website lists the universe of titles in print on CD, DVD, and Vinyl. It also includes downloads. Some titles may be available in store, others may be special-ordered.  These orders are fulfilled by our supplier, Alliance Entertainment. They are subject to distribution availability. Ignition's stock is posted for sale in two locations.

We have a computerized inventory system and can tell you what is in stock, and what is available. Looking for something specific?  Call and see if we've got it first.  If not, we can get it for you in a jiffy. (Shipping time is subject to differ between titles.) We ask that all vinyl special orders be prepaid. 

How are my website ticket orders delivered? 

You will be e-mailed the receipt for your transaction along with your e-ticket.  These can be printed or kept digital.  We will scan all tickets upon entry of the event, so don't ignore our e-mail!

I Can't Use My Tickets? Can I Be Put On a Waitlist?

Concert tickets are non-refundable for cash, credit on account only. Extra tickets wanted/offered are often shared on our Facebook page. www.facebook.com/IgnitionMusicGarage. Will Call Tickets can be reassigned to another person with a phone call. We do not maintain a waiting list. Tickets usually change hands in line before doors open at 6:30. 

Does your store participate in Record Store Day?

Yes! Keep an eye on our Facebook page for more information. Generally, we start getting details in Febraury, and will regularly start posting about it starting in March.

Ignition Members get first dibs, so you might want to consider becoming a member today.

How do I find out about upcoming shows?

Visit our Upcoming Shows page on our website or the Events tab on our Facebook page. We will also announce upcoming shows on our Twitter account and Facebook page timeline. A complete list of upcoming shows can also be found on the chalkboard at the back of the shop near the stereo equipment section.

How can I purchase tickets?

Tickets can be bought on this site through links found on the home page. There, you will find our upcoming shows that are currently on sale, as well at the sale dates for future shows.  Tickets can also be purchased at the store or by phone at (574) 971-8282. 

Who's that person that's always taking photos at your shows?

Does Ignition serve alcohol at shows?

Yes. We serve craft/domestic beer, wine, hard cider, and non-alcoholic beverages. You must be at least 21 and have a photo I.D. to enter the bar area/beer garden.

My band wants to play at Ignition. What do we need to do to make that happen?
